¿Cómo utilizar Moxy?
28.01.2025At Bermell Electromedicina, we work with athletes, physical trainers, professionals and teams from all over the world. Many teams usually place their orders from their country of origin, but it is also very common for them to do so while they are training in a third country for the season or during competition.
In any of these cases, the purchasing process is the same… and that’s where we want to help you.
In recent months we have detected an issue that occurs more often than expected and that, with the implementation of the VERI*FACTU system, will make it difficult to complete the order. For this reason, we would like to clearly explain how to correctly fill in the Check Out information.
🧾 1. First: Buyer’s Tax Information
The first section of the Check Out requests the buyer’s tax information: the person, company, or entity that makes the payment and to whom the invoice must be issued.
This includes:
- Company or individual name
- Tax identification number (VAT number / NIF)
- Tax address of the team, club, or company
These details must always correspond to the entity that pays for the purchase and requires the invoice, regardless of the country where the team is temporarily located.
Example:
If the Irish team BluePeak Racing Team makes a purchase while training or attending a training camp in a country other than Ireland, the tax details must be those of BluePeak Racing Team, with its registered address and VAT number from its country of origin.
They must not enter the temporary accommodation address as the tax address.📦 2. Second: Shipping and Billing Addresses Can Be Different
Just below, you will find the option:
✔️ “Ship to a different address”
Marking this option is essential when the order needs to be delivered to a location different from the tax address.
Once selected, you will be able to add:
- The address of the hotel, residence, or High Performance Training Center (CAR) where the team is staying
- Name of the contact person
- A local phone number, if available
This allows us to:
- Generate the invoice correctly with the team’s tax information
- Ensure the shipment arrives without issues at the training location
- Allow the VERI*FACTU system to complete the purchase without blockage
⚠️ What happens if the information is not completed correctly?
If you enter a billing (tax) address that does not match the team’s real tax details (for example, a temporary postal address in another country), the system will detect the inconsistency between the VAT number / NIF and the entered tax location.
When this discrepancy occurs, VERI*FACTU automatically blocks the process and prevents the user from proceeding to payment, making it impossible to complete the order.
