Bermell Electromedicina, on its website, manages sales in the following countries:

How to make a purchase

We describe the main steps to make a purchase at the Bermell Electromedicina store.

Find the product

It is easy to locate the product(s) you need from our shop, because we offer only products with maximum quality and optimal performance, so we have a limited number of items.

However, you will always find a magnifying glass next to the shopping cart, in the upper right part of the screen, to locate the product(s) you need.

Another way to locate them is by browsing the product categories, which we have matched to the brand of the products.

Add the product to the shopping cart

Once you have located the product, you can go to the product’s profile to see more pictures and details of its features and functions.

If applicable, you can choose by some features, such as colour. On these cases, price may vary depending on the selection you make.

If a product requires further selection, you will not be able to add it to the shopping cart until you choose the specifications.

Every time you add a product to the shopping cart, a green ribbon will appear at the top of the screen informing you of the product you have added to the cart, and giving you the option to “view the cart” from the same green ribbon.

View cart contents

To view the contents of the cart, you can either click on the link in the green ribbon or click on the cart icon at the top right of the page, which tells you the number of items purchased. You can also view the cart by clicking on “View Cart” on the right side of the page, under “Cart”.

Purchase process

Our simple purchase process has 2 steps, which we detail below.

The first step is the display of the cart, where you can check the quantities of the products you want, i.e. you can modify the quantity of each item, and you can even remove a product from the cart by clicking on the X on the right side of the product line.

If you have a discount coupon, you can introduce it here so that the store applies the discount.

On this page, the store will suggest products that are related to the product in the cart.

When you have reviewed all the fields on this page, you can click on the red “Finish shopping” button

The second step is to Complete the purchase.

If you are already a customer of Bermell Electromedicina and are not registered, the page will inform you that you can register so that you do not have to enter all your details again.

If you are not a customer of Bermell Electromedicina, do not worry: fill in the billing and shipping information, if applicable, and you will find a checkbox at the bottom of the page; this will tell the store whether you want to create an account—you choose.

At the top of the page, you will be reminded that you can enter a discount coupon before finishing the purchase.

By default, the store understands that the shipping address is the same as the billing address, unless you state otherwise.

First you will enter your billing information, if you are not yet a registered customer; then, in the right-hand column, you will enter your shipping address information and —VERY IMPORTANT, the VAT number (or country’s tax identification number) that must appear on the store’s invoice.

Under the billing data form, if you are not yet a customer, you will find the checkbox for the store to automatically create your customer account and password. Mark it in case you want us to create a customer account for you. We highly recommend that you do so when completing a purchase, so that you can access it when you want to check your orders and their status.

Then, you have the details of your order.

You will have to select your preferred payment method.

And finally, do not forget to check the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions” checkbox. These are the terms and conditions you are currently reading.

Now you can click on the red button that reads “Place your order”.

In a few minutes, you will receive an email with your order. If we have created an account for you, you will also receive another email with your account access data so you can see how your order is going.

Payment methods

The online shop currently supports these payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card.
  • Bank transfer. When you select this payment option, you will receive all the information necessary to make the transfer correctly. Please use the order reference as the transfer description. Kindly send the bank payment receipt via email to The order will not be shipped until the full amount has been paid.

Order status

The possible statuses of an order are:

  • Standby. This order status will appear when the “bank transfer” payment method is selected, i.e. it is pending our confirmation that the transfer has been made. The equipment has been reserved for shipment.
  • Processing. The payment of the order has been confirmed and the equipment is being prepared for shipment.
  • Completed. Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way.

It is very important that you read carefully the paragraph “Instructions for receiving the equipment” below.

Prices and taxes

The shop geolocates visitors, so you should be shown the prices with the corresponding taxes depending on your location. If this is not the case, do not worry: when you enter your billing and shipping information, everything will be correct, both taxes and the shipping costs.

If you are a registered user, the shop will swiftly present you with the prices for your country, depending on the tax billing data.

Only the countries for which the shop is enabled can be selected in both the billing data and the shipping address data, i.e. the list at the top of this page.


The prices in the Bermell Electromedicina online shop always include the corresponding taxes.

Other EU countries

The prices listed in the Bermell Electromedicina shop are exempt from VAT unless you check that the buyer appears in the Registry of Intra-Community Operators.

Non-EU countries

In other countries, such as Andorra, Chile and Colombia, the prices shown are tax-free.

Countries not covered

If you are in a country not listed at the top of this page, please contact our offices by calling +34963857395 during office hours. Our hours are 9:00-14:00 and 16:00-19:00 (Spanish mainland time).

Bermell Electromedicina reserves the right to modify the data of the products we sell on our website, such as price, description, etc., without prior notice to users depending on the conditions in origin.

Freight, shipping costs

Orders in Spain (except Canary Islands) include free shipping.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Portugal and Andorra is €8.

Shipping to other EU countries is €20.

Shipping costs for Latin American countries are €60 per shipment.

Delivery dates

For orders placed before 15:00 (Spanish mainland time), the normal delivery time for orders in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is 24 hours, and 48 hours for the Canary Islands, Andorra and Portugal.

The delivery time for orders from other EU countries is 3 to 4 working days, counting from the day after the order is placed.

For orders from Latin America, the delivery time is 5 working days, counting from the day after the order is placed.

Delivery times will start from the afternoon of the first working day in Valencia after purchase. Should we be out of stock at the time of the order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone of the delivery forecast. For certain products, this period may be longer and it will be indicated in the product description.

Invoices and shipments will be made to the countries we work with and which we have listed previously. For example, a natural or legal person from Spain makes a purchase and wants us to send the material to Portugal: there is no problem, but the invoice will show the €8 shipment fee plus the corresponding VAT. However, if the person wants us to send the product to Germany, they will have to call the offices of Bermell Electromedicina to arrange the order, because the online shop will not do it.

Instructions for receiving the equipment

Upon receipt of your order, look at the package carefully. In case the package is broken or damaged, please take a picture of it and sign “Accepted under reserve”.

If you have received a damaged package, please call us as soon as possible to confirm whether or not the contents are damaged.

The team of Bermell Electromedicina is willing to assist you and advise you on the procedures to be followed.

Canary Islands

In the case that the purchase is made from the Canary Islands, Bermell Electromedicina will send the material, and the customer must go to the customs office where they will inform you of the type of IGIC (Canaries General Indirect Tax) to be paid.


Bermell Electromedicina’s clients have 14 calendar days to exercise their rights of withdrawal or return without explanation.

Products that have been customised cannot be returned.

Return procedure

The client assumes the cost of returning the product, and must also attach the corresponding invoice and the form below completed. The product must be unopened.

According to annex B of the Revised Text of the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the client must fill out the following form.
